User Agreement

1. Acceptance

Welcome to NetPeek (the “App”). This User Agreement applies to all users of the App. By using the App, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. We may update this Agreement as the product or law requires; updates will be published in the App or on related pages. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Accounts

Some features may require a NetPeek account. Accounts are for your personal use (or the organization you are authorized to represent). You may not use another person’s account without permission, or use another person’s account to access paid features or subscriptions you have not purchased.

You are responsible for activity under your account. If you become aware of a security issue or unauthorized use, notify us promptly through in-app support. Losses arising from your failure to secure the account or improper authorization are your responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

3. Software description

The App is an on-device network debugging tool for developers. Capture and debugging data stay on your device by default. Use the App only in lawful, authorized scenarios, and follow the authorization and acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Use.

4. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you use the App at your own risk. The App and related content and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, express or implied.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or advertisements, and we are not a party to your transactions with third parties. Use your own judgment when dealing with third-party services.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from use or inability to use the App, whether based on contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Risks arising from third-party content or conduct rest with you. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law remains unaffected.

6. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us and our affiliates against reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (1) your use of or access to the App; (2) your violation of this Agreement; (3) your infringement of third-party rights; or (4) claims that content you provide or generate caused damage to a third party. This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

7. Capacity

You confirm that you meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the App, or have parental/guardian consent, and that you are able to understand and comply with this Agreement.

8. Assignment

You may not assign your rights or licenses under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar event.

9. General

This Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App (unless a separate written agreement applies). If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. For questions, contact us through the support option in the App.
